These terms govern your use of levelupsmarter.com and anything you buy from it. By using the site or making a purchase you accept them.
What we sell
Level Up Smarter sells digital courses, downloadable guides and a recurring membership to the Level Up Library. Physical products are sold separately by Level Up Self under its own terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. Accounts are personal — don’t share your login.
Purchases, billing and subscriptions
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you confirm an order.
- Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, Square or PayPal.
- The Level Up Library membership renews automatically at the stated interval until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- We may change subscription pricing, but we will tell existing members before a changed price applies to them.
Refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
What you may do with the material
When you buy a course, guide or membership you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use that material for your own learning. You may not resell it, share your access with others, publish it, or use it to train a machine-learning model. The material remains our property.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to break into the site, disrupt it for other people, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Educational and health disclaimer
Our courses, articles and guides are educational. They are not professional, medical, psychological or financial advice, and results differ from person to person — nothing here is a promise of a particular outcome.
Where our content discusses supplements, sleep, breathing or other health topics, it is general information only. It has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before changing anything about your health, and especially before taking a supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition.
Third-party links
The site links to other sites, including Level Up Self and external research sources. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or their policies.
Availability
We aim to keep the site and your purchased material available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw products, and we may update these terms — the date at the top of this page shows when we last did.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state.
