Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Level Up Smarter collects when you use levelupsmarter.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Order and account information. When you buy something or create an account we collect your name, email address, billing address and order history.
- Payment information. Card details are entered directly into our payment processors — Stripe, Square and PayPal — and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
- Messages you send us. Anything you put into a contact form on this site.
- Newsletter subscriptions. If you subscribe, your email address is held by beehiiv, our email provider.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
Analytics and session recording
We use three third-party tools to understand how the site is used. You should know what each one does:
- Google Analytics reports aggregate traffic — which pages are visited, from where, and for how long.
- Meta Pixel measures whether advertising on Facebook and Instagram leads to visits and purchases, and allows us to show ads to people who have visited the site.
- Microsoft Clarity records browsing sessions. This captures mouse movement, scrolling and clicks so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity masks text entered into form fields by default, so it does not capture what you type into forms.
Cookies
Cookies keep your shopping cart and login working, and the analytics tools above set their own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and account areas will not work correctly without them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that make the site work: our payment processors (Stripe, Square, PayPal), our email provider (beehiiv), our analytics providers (Google, Meta, Microsoft), and our hosting provider. Each holds it under its own privacy terms.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s retention settings.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct anything that’s wrong,
- delete your account and associated data,
- stop sending you marketing email — every newsletter also has an unsubscribe link,
- opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising.
If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you these rights explicitly, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. If you are in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you equivalent rights, plus the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email quincy@levelupsmarter.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
